I'm not a career coach or consultant. I'm a chartered accountant who runs multiple businesses and built Day 1 Energy from lived experience solving the exact problems my clients face.

I run Lince Salisbury (accounting and audit, UK and Guernsey), Avenue Trust Company (fiduciary and trust, Guernsey), and Day 1 Energy. I've sat in the same chair as my clients - overwhelmed, underpaid, operationally trapped - and built the systems that got me out.

The system I teach is the system I use. Every tool in the programme was tested on my own businesses before I offered it to anyone else. This is not theory. It is a distilled, tested operating system born from doing the work.
